Henry Mouzon, Jr., very likely through no fault of his own, received primary authorship credit for
An Accurate Map of North and South Carolina with their Indian frontiers..., a map that was actually compiled by Louis Delarochette (or De la Rochette), a British cartographer and engraver. Mouzon actually contributed very little, if anything at all, to the creation of this map. Of note, the missing manuscript map attributed to Delarochette was found in early 2022 at the South Caroliniana Library on the campus of USC in Columbia, SC.
